CAW is a decentralized "Social Clearing House" that was derived from the Shib deployer. The idea of decentralization has been forgotten by some of us over time, those who have overlooked the reasons why Bitcoin was created and the problems that blockchain and cryptocurrency aim to solve. Being decentralized means that no individual, entity, or group has complete control or advantage over a system. CAW allows people the freedom to explore its significance on their own. CAW is intentionally without a specific design, and it is up to the CAWMmunity to shape its future.
