Etho Protocol (ETHO) is a decentralized data/storage hosting platform developed using a fork of Ethereum. It combines blockchain indexing technology and the IPFS protocol to provide on-demand decentralized data/content. The protocol also enables censorship-resistant website hosting by utilizing the node network for storage, bandwidth, DDoS protection, and reliability. Community-owned nodes can earn revenue from data hosting. There are three types of nodes available for deployment: Service Node (SN), Masternode (MN), and Gateway Node (GN). SNs act as data relays and secure the Etho Protocol blockchain. MNs provide storage and processing resources while securing the blockchain. GNs offer storage and processing resources, secure the blockchain, and act as gateways to decentralized data stored on the network.
