The Neko token serves as the Utility token for the Maneki Marketplace, which originated from a grant received from Conflux Network in 2021. As the first NFT project grantee of Conflux, we have evolved into an integrated NFT Marketplace and talent nurturing platform, with a specific focus on becoming the equivalent of 'OpenSea' for the China market. Our close association with Conflux Network enables us to leverage its resources.

One of the notable features of the Maneki Marketplace is the introduction of the first coin and NFT-based Lending Protocol. These features revolve around the Proof of Provenance by Artificial Intelligence (PoP-AI), which offers automatic Proof of Provenance services for all NFTs traded or pledged within the ecosystem. The PoP-AI charges a fee in Neko tokens, ensuring the token's healthy utilization and burn rate.

In the near future, we plan to open-source PoP-AI to the world and institutions through the Maneki Foundation. This initiative aims to promote wider usage and continuous development. The Maneki Foundation will also identify universities and institutions to provide grants for more PoP-AI projects worldwide.
