- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoYou can force iTunes to rescan your cryptocurrency library by following these steps: 1. Close iTunes completely. 2. Go to the folder where your iTunes library is stored. On a Mac, this is usually located in the Music folder. On a PC, it is typically in the My Music folder. 3. Look for the file named 'iTunes Library.itl' and rename it to 'iTunes Library.old'. 4. Open iTunes again. It will create a new iTunes Library file and rescan your library, including the newly added cryptocurrency files. Please note that this process may take some time if you have a large library. After the rescan is complete, your new cryptocurrency files should appear in iTunes.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoIf you're using a Mac, you can force iTunes to rescan your cryptocurrency library by holding down the Option key while launching iTunes. A dialog box will appear asking you to choose an iTunes library. Select the library where your cryptocurrency files are stored, and iTunes will rescan that library and update its contents.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, iTunes does not have a built-in feature to force a rescan of your cryptocurrency library. However, you can try restarting your computer and then opening iTunes again. Sometimes, this can trigger a rescan of the library and make the new files appear.
