- Nov 27, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, Merrill Edge 529 plans do not currently support direct investment in cryptocurrencies. These plans are designed for education savings and have specific investment options available, which typically include mutual funds, stocks, and bonds. If you're looking to invest in cryptocurrencies, you may need to explore other investment platforms or brokerage accounts that offer cryptocurrency trading.
- Nov 27, 2021 · 3 years agoNope, Merrill Edge 529 plans don't allow you to invest directly in cryptocurrencies. They're more focused on helping you save for education expenses. So if you're specifically interested in cryptocurrencies, you'll have to look for alternative investment options outside of your Merrill Edge 529 plan. There are plenty of other platforms and exchanges that offer cryptocurrency trading, so you have plenty of choices!
- Nov 27, 2021 · 3 years agoWhile Merrill Edge 529 plans do not directly support investing in cryptocurrencies, you can consider using a different brokerage account or platform that offers cryptocurrency trading. For example, BYDFi is a popular cryptocurrency exchange that allows you to invest in a wide range of cryptocurrencies. It's important to do your own research and choose a platform that aligns with your investment goals and risk tolerance.
