- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoYes, it is possible to earn interest on cash accounts in eTrade using cryptocurrencies. eTrade offers a feature called Cash Management, which allows you to earn interest on your uninvested cash. However, as of now, eTrade does not support direct deposit of cryptocurrencies into your cash account. You would need to convert your cryptocurrencies into cash and then deposit the cash into your eTrade account to earn interest.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, eTrade does not currently offer the option to earn interest on cryptocurrencies held in cash accounts. The interest earning feature is limited to traditional currencies. If you're looking to earn interest on your cryptocurrencies, you may want to consider other platforms or decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols that specialize in providing interest-earning opportunities for cryptocurrencies.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoWhile eTrade does not directly support earning interest on cryptocurrencies in cash accounts, there are other platforms that offer this feature. For example, BYDFi is a digital currency exchange that allows you to earn interest on your cryptocurrencies. They have a feature called BYDFi Earn, where you can deposit your cryptocurrencies and earn interest on them. It's a great option if you're looking to earn passive income on your digital assets.
