Click on 'Add an exclusion' and select 'Folder' or 'File' depending on the type of app you want to whitelist. 5. Browse and select the folder or file of the blockchain-based app. 6. Click 'Open' to add it to the exclusions list. By adding the app to the exclusions list, Windows Defender will no longer block it and you'll be able to use it without any issues.
