- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoHave you tried updating your mining software to the latest version? Sometimes, older versions may not support the latest GPUs. Also, make sure that your GPU drivers are up to date. If updating the software and drivers doesn't solve the issue, you can try reinstalling the mining software or using a different mining pool.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoI had a similar problem before, and it turned out that my GPU was not properly connected to the motherboard. Make sure that your GPU is securely inserted into the PCIe slot and that all power cables are properly connected. You can also try using a different PCIe slot to see if that resolves the issue.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoAt BYDFi, we have encountered similar issues with GPUs not showing up in mining pools. One possible solution is to check the BIOS settings of your motherboard. Make sure that the PCIe slot where your GPU is installed is set to 'Gen3' or 'Auto' mode. Some motherboards have compatibility issues with certain GPUs, so you might need to update your motherboard's BIOS firmware. If all else fails, you can reach out to the support team of your mining pool for further assistance.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoI understand how frustrating it can be when your GPU is not being recognized by the mining pool. One thing you can try is to disable any integrated graphics on your motherboard. Sometimes, the mining software may prioritize the integrated graphics over the dedicated GPU. You can do this by going into the BIOS settings and disabling the integrated graphics option. If that doesn't work, you can also try using a different mining software or contacting the customer support of your GPU manufacturer for further guidance.
