Can you please tell me the total amount of Bitcoin that is attributed to Satoshi Nakamoto? I've heard a lot about Satoshi Nakamoto being the creator of Bitcoin, but I'm not sure how much Bitcoin is actually associated with him. Could you provide some insights on this?
