  Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw Bitcoin using your Cash App Card at any ATM. The Cash App Card is linked to your Cash App account, which allows you to buy, sell, and send Bitcoin within the app. However, you cannot physically withdraw Bitcoin as cash from an ATM.
