- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoWhen you cancel an order on KuCoin, the reserved BTC may still appear in your account for a short period of time. This is because the cancellation process takes some time to complete. The reserved BTC will be released back to your available balance once the cancellation is fully processed. It's important to note that the time it takes for the cancellation process to complete may vary depending on the current network congestion and other factors.
- Dec 16, 2021 · 3 years agoDon't worry, it's normal to see your BTC reserved after cancelling an order on KuCoin. The reservation is just a temporary hold to ensure that the cancelled order is properly processed. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the reserved BTC will be released back to your account. If you're still seeing the reserved BTC after a significant amount of time, you can reach out to KuCoin's customer support for further assistance.
